Bill Nicholson
Bill Nicholson is a real estate investor, private lender, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, and investment management. Throughout his career, Bill has participated in over $250 million in financed real estate transactions and has built a nationwide network of investors, lenders, operators, and business owners.
As Managing Partner of Emerald Capital Partners, Bill focuses on identifying undervalued opportunities, structuring creative financing solutions, and building long-term wealth through strategic acquisitions.
